How to take logs

1.itools:

● Connect device to PC

● Open itools

● Go to device tab and check if the device got recognised

● Go to Tool box and click on Real time log or crash log which comes under Advanced

features.

2. Diagnostics and usage:

● Go to settings

● Tap on privacy

● Tap on Diagnostic and Usage

● Enable Automatically send

● Tap on Diagnostic and Usage area.

● Find the logs mentioned with name and date.

3.itunes:

●   Open itunes

●   Sync the device

●   Open file manager of the system.

●   Enter %APPDATA%\ in search bar

●   Go to Apple computer

●   Then go to Logs → Crashreporter → Mobiledevice → “Device Name” (if you get any

crash)

4.Instruments(Using debuggable ipa):

● Connect device to PC

● Launch instruments

● Check if the device got recognised

● Click on  Console tab

● Save the logs

Developer option:

How to enable developer option in iPhone?

● Connect device with mac and open Xcode.

● Open Windows and then in it organiser.

● Tap on “Allow” for the dialog box.

● Developer option will be enabled in the iphone.
